[District 1, HCMC] Sales Supervisor (Industrial products)

Job Description

I. Sales Activities

Responsible for providing ongoing support to high value customers
Develop new customers
Make presentation slides & visit customers regularly to maintain good relationships, update project information, competitors' information, and customers’ feedback about products & service
Identify & receive new project information, make quotations, follow up customer feedback about quotations, and competitors’ information to win the project. After winning the project, communicate with customers & factory side to ensure delivery to customers
Monitor PO & delivery schedule from customer to avoid line down the problem
Monitor PO & Forecast from customers to analyze fluctuation trend
Negotiate with customers in case there is anything happen
Develop new customers to expand sales
Research & report about sales market trends, competitors’ activities…
Other tasks from the company
Survey market information
Visit planning
Collaborating with related departments to understand customer requirements and provide sales support.

II. Engineering Activities:

Promote products & technology through the presentation
Technical support & troubleshooting when necessary
Do training about products, delivering installation… to support customers, making good relationships & enhancing the image
Receive customers’ quality claims & do investigations with the General Manager’s instruction. Negotiate with customers in need & report customers about investigation result
Fulfill all customers’ requests about technical questions, technical surveys…

Requirements

Strong education background (preferably from a reputable University) with at least a Bachelor's Degree in related fields
Must be interested in Sales activities & strong negotiation skills will be an advantage
Good communication skills
Good at English (writing and speaking)
Good work ethic and capacity to learn and adapt
Ability to do HO/REN/SO （ホウレンソウ）activity to Manager
Experience in the Industrial Field ( Mechanical/Automation) is preferred
Ability to Think & Act by myself
Willing to Challenge
Flexible thinking
High responsibility
Ability to creatively explain and present complex concepts in an easy way to understand.
