Job Description

Responsible for making CFR report
Making and tracking BOM and inventory of materials
Update legal regulations on import-export activities
Check and compare data with accounting, and warehouse and make final settlement reports of raw materials and finished products of the enterprise to the customs.
Work with Customs and other departments of Government to get import/export licenses and solve all problems related to import/export and making CO
Update HS code, check duty-free goods and preferential taxes for some organizations such as ATIGA, ACFTA, and VJEPA… to calculate import taxes and report to related departments.
Managing teams and organizing training sessions
Making rules to related dept follow up with compliance customs authorities
Always updated relevant guidance and practical cases regarding the current audit trend

Requirements

Good knowledge of Incoterm Payment term
Good knowledge of all shipping documents (invoice packing list bill of lading certificate of Origin Certificate of Quality)
Understand the customs laws, especially for EPE
Tobe experienced an import tax refund.
Good experience in the fields of Import & Export Forwarding HS code
Basic computer skills: MS Office with specific in Excel Google Outlook mail
Personal skill: time wisely planning carefully active and particular
At least 4 years of experience in the EPE company
Language skill: good at English (listening speaking reading and writing)
Age: 29 over
