Deal with the purchasing/selling work efficiently, deal with the special situation in time, and ensure the correctness and timeliness of the purchasing material/finished goods.
Direct staff to coordinate closely with the receiving and accounting departments to ensure that orders are delivered in full and paid on time.
Analyze purchasing/shipment needs, and supplier/customer capacity and develop purchasing/shipment plans:
Analyze the supplier market to properly evaluate the current supplier capacity and prices to see if they meet the company’s business better and contribute to saving purchasing costs.
Analyze the customer's demand for proper support and satisfy the shipment schedule after confirmation with PPC.
Manage and maintain relationships with suppliers:
Directly manage and maintain relationships with major suppliers.
Guide, direct, and assign staff to maintain supplier relationships under their management responsibilities.
Develop plans for periodic or ad hoc supplier evaluations.
Purchasing and inventory control:
Ensure enough raw materials and necessary resources for the company’s production activities by effectively controlling inventory.
Develop inventory plans.
Negotiate prices, negotiate terms of contracts/agreements, and confirm
purchases according to the company’s purchase regulations. Direct and guide staff to negotiate prices and negotiate for small and medium-value contracts.
Quality control:
Continuously check the quality and performance and evaluate the reliability of suppliers. Ensure suppliers meet the company’s requirements and are consistent with the purchasing strategy.
Resolve supplier/customer complaints based on quality problems from the QA/QA team.
Managed purchasing staff/shipping assistant compliant with
purchasing/shipment regulations and policies, ensuring adequate timely, priced, and transparent goods.
System management:
Manage objectives, planning, and task schedules.
Generate procurement management reports and ERP software utilization.

Yêu cầu công việc

Education: University Degree, majoring in Economics, Commerce, or International Economics.
Language: Fluent in English.
Good knowledge of Supplier sourcing (researching, evaluating, and liaising with Suppliers), with some basic knowledge of the shipping field (import).
At least 8-10 years of solid experience in the same field in a foreign company, especially in Japanese society.
Have good communication & negotiation skills.
To be responsible and capable of working independently and detail-minded
Age requirement: Above 35 years old
