[Hà Nội] Sales Engineer/ Senior Sales Engineer (cutting tools)

Sales expansion by daily sales activity:
Provide daily technical support: Arrange daily visit to Customers together with Distributor Sales Engineers
Prepare weekly / monthly reports: Target product, Target Customers, Sample Tracking, HIKI, Sales Support System…
Perform CRS (Customer Registration System) regulation
Support for special events: Campaign, exhibition, and seminar…
Provide daily technical support: Arrange daily visit to Customers together with Distributor Sales Engineers
- Tool selection: Provide technical support and solutions to support Customers to increase production capability
- Test cutting and take care of trouble shooting: Introduce new products, propose Kaizen and all related activities to create new Business
- Test reports: summarize all information to make test reports to share
- Collect customer & competitor information as well as market information, then report to management
- New business development: Develop new customers, new distributors, new markets

Yêu cầu công việc
Qualification:
- University degree in Mechanical Engineer, or equivalent
- Min 3 years working experience in a similar industry
- Good communication skill to maintain relationship with Distributors and Customers
- Having the sense of initiative to improve knowledge and behave to be a professional businessman
- Having good thinking and analytical skills
- Carefulness to ensure all results / reports given out precisely
- High sense of responsibility to ensure that all information is not explored to any third parties without acceptance from Leaders
- Ability to work in a team and independently
- Good in using Microsoft Office
- English communication level (can communicate in Japanese is advantage)
- Strict, honest, able to withstand high work pressure
- Age requirement: 27-33 years old
Chế độ đãi ngộ
- Salary: 26 – 35 million gross
- Probation period with full salary & social insurance
- Lunch + commuting allowance – fixed monthly
- Working hours: 8:30 – 17:00 Mon to Fri
- 13th month bonus + performance bonus
