Objective: Development and maintenance of software related to printer multifunction devices.

Job Responsibilities: The responsibility of the Bridge & Lead Software Engineer is to summarize tasks of engineers, lead projects (Technical lead) and take the Bridge Software Engineer between the Vietnam team & Japan development department side.

* Job Description:

You will be developing and maintaining cloud service-related software or windows application software that operates MFP (Multi-function printer) data handling or IT devices (e.g. PC, Server, Mobile, …) management as a cloud service platform.
Debugging and evaluation for MFP related cloud service or software will be conducted using either actual devices or simulators.
The ultimate role of a Bridge & Lead Software Engineer is to build high-quality, correctly functioning software in compliance with coding standards.
Lead the development planning, operation, and quality assurance of the project.

Requirements

Work Experience: Management experience in software development for 3 years or more, or experience as a software engineer for 5 years or more.
Language Proficiency: Japanese language proficiency at N2 level or higher is preferred, and English intermediate - spoken, listening, and written. Working experience with Japanese clients will be preferrable.
Ability to actively communicate and collaborate with colleagues and supervisors.
Having the motivation to work for a long period (10 years or more), as a founding member of the company.

Education/Academic Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, or a related field, or equivalent experience
Relevant technology certifications
