Job Description

Oversee the development and implementation of Sales Strategies to acquire Medium-Big size profitable merchants for using Payment services, also increase company’s Number of transactions & Total Sales volume.
Setup a sales plan and find a target merchant to propose card payment service
Make a business proposal as to merchant category and target merchant
Perform sales and marketing activities to medium – big size and franchise merchant
Achieve a number of merchants as to performance goal of the quarter year
Implement card payment service and value - added payment service to merchant
Other activities relating to the company's strategic partners/ customers.

Requirements

Education: Bachelor degree and above
Experience:

More than 5 years of experiences of demonstrated career in sales and marketing of payment service to medium - big size of merchant.
More than 3 years of experience of demonstrated career in e - Wallet service or card payment industry
Demonstrated career in implementing payment service solution to merchant

Knowledge and Skills:

Knowledge and understanding on card payment industry
Understanding on payment environment of Medium-Big size merchants
Active and aggressive performance - driven activity
Good interactive skill and basic English communication and above
MS Office software (Word, Excel, Power point)

Competency:

Full of responsibility and customer - oriented mind
Proactive, team-work
Be able to work under high pressure

Basic salary: Up to 50M
Scheme bonus and KPI can be negotiable in detail
Working time: Mon - Fri (9h - 18h)
