Job Description
Assist the General Manager/ Marketing Manager in marketing activities:
- Prepare marketing and sales support plans for clients and distributors;
- Prepare promotional tools for marketing campaigns and other activities and events
- Prepare and implement promotion and advertising activities;
- Coordinate with sales team to hold seminars, customer events for customers …
- Conduct research and analyze data to contribute ideas to marketing campaigns;
- Maintain regular contact with Clients/Distributors/ suppliers by exchanging information through telephone, fax, e-mail, customers visits and by following up to ensure problems or claims are solved/ corrected in a timely manner;
- Prepare packaging for the products including labels, bottles, carton boxes
- Make ideas on line- up plan and promotion plan for new line-up...
- Keep Management reported by identifying strengths and weaknesses of processes and recommend changes;
- Register promotion campaign to Department of Trade and Commerce
- Organize Distributor Events, Seminars and Incentive Trips
- Manage and control Facebook Fanpage
- Control & Implement Signboard Identity for customers
- Other tasks assigned by GM and Line Manager.

Requirements
- Female, from 27- 34 years old.
- Bachelor’s Degree from four year college or university;
- Over 3 year experience in position of marketing of visible products;
- Good communication and negotiation skill;
- Able to read, analyze general business documents and to write business correspondence and procedure manuals in Vietnamese and English.
- Japanese is an advantage;
- Able to handle multi-task and work independently as well as good team work skill.
- Experienced and excellent in MS office specifically MS Excel, Power Point.
- Knowledge of lubricants or chemical is a plus.
