[Bac Ninh/Dong Da, HN] SALES SUPPORT (CHINESE LANGUAGE)

Job Description

The candidate will report to the Sales Director and will primarily be involved in the following:
Handle customer systems in the process of Quotation, Purchase Order, Logistic documents, Payment documents
Assist salesman in handling customers on sales and product inquiries, Maintain good relationship with existing customers
Responsible for account retention of new customers to achieve monthly target, Follow up incoming sales prospects through email/call
Actively seek opportunities to grow existing customer business
Follow up customer quotation through the phone call closely to secure the order
Working with cross functional department to make sure you handle customer’s inquiries smoothly. Visiting customers may be required but limited
Making reports (daily, weekly, monthly) Other assigned tasks

Requirements

Required influent Chinese and English in both written and spoken.
1-to-2-year experience in systems as MRP, SAP…is preferred
Diploma or Degree preferably in Mechanical / Mechatronics / Electronics & Electrical / Industrial / Precision Engineering / Marketing
Prefer 1 to 2 years B2B industrial sales, sales support, telemarketing experience. Experience with Factory Automation / Electric devices is highly preferable.
Actively/ able to handle business with less supervision.
Possess high energy and be result-oriented
Good communication and negotiation skills; target-driven and customer-centered.
Good team player

Salary: Up to 20M
Bonus: up to 4 months of salary per year
