[BAC NINH] ELECTRICAL SERVICE ENGINEER
Job Description
- Prepare service plan and follow-up related to after-sales projects at Vietnamese and foreign construction sites.
- Handle and get down activities as the customer's requirement belongs to the term of contract.
- Analysis and feed back problems from site to other teams for improvement and preventive actions
- Take care loyal customers by B/S work activity
- Visit customer site with as Q-POST Tour activity
- CSR activity such as free replacement equipment at school
Requirements
- Major in Electric, Electric equipment, Electric system
- Fluent in English/Korean
- Experience in working at site or electrical field.
- Strong problem solving and decision making skills. Have a customer service mindset.
- Able to work under pressure. Willing to work in field and travel (regular short business trip from 1-2 week)
