Sales Manager - Bac Ninh, Vietnam

Job Description

Looking for new sales in EMS ( electronics manufacturing services – Contract manufacturing ) field ,
Finding and visiting the prospects and engage potential customers in discussion
Pulling request for quotations from Prospects ,
Coordinate and review the request for quotations within concern Departments,
Submit and negotiation request for quotations to customer,
Initiates and coordinates development of action plans to penetrate new markets,
Development and implementation of marketing plans,
Provides monthly reports regarding sales, and performance.
Provides timely accurate, competitive pricing on all completed prospect applications submitted for pricing and approval.

Requirements

Graduate from University with major is BA, Marketing, Electric-Electronic, Engineering;
Engineering degree with MBA is preferred;
Knowledge of various processes like SMT , Box Build , Cables etc…. or relevant experience in equivalent position of production or engineering field;
5 to 10 years sales experience in EMS field;
Willing to travel to US /Europe or Asia to looking for potential customers;
Agility, Honestly, carefully;
Good communication in both Vietnamese and English, Management skills, Technical Sale skill, Teamwork, Problem-solving skill, Decision giving skills.
