Job Description
- Solve problems related to after-sales projects
- Prepare analysis reports and provide solutions to problems.
- Planning and implementing customer care according to the project in charge.
Requirements
- Bachelor degree in electricity, electrical system and related.
- Strong problem solving and decision making skills
- Have a customer service mindset.
