Job Description

Responding to chat/ email/ phone call correspondence from customers in Japan
Support to follow up the process and payment status of service fees from customers
Support to create payment request form and send email to customer
Support customers during integration of services such as attendance systems etc. via deep understanding of the system’s functionality
Other jobs to support customers in Japan

Requirements

Must have

Strong Japanese proficiency with a certificate of JLPT N1
Good communication skills in both written & verbal
Problem solving skills, analytical skills, good ability to provide practical solutions to customer’s concerns.
High sense of responsibility & professionalism
Ability to work under high pressure

Nice to have

Experience studying or working in Japan for at least 1 year
Working experience as sales, customer service, consultant etc. toward Japanese customers

Salary: ~ 30,000,000 VNĐ (Gross)
Salary review 1 times/year. Tet bonus, Performance bonus up to 2 monthly salary.
