[District 1, Ho Chi Minh City] Sales Staff (Japanese speaking, English)

Job Description

Looking for suppliers, consumers of chemical/electrical/electronic products and others, develop new customer
Follow-up and manage sales contracts - purchase orders, manage inventory, cash drawer and deposits
Execute sales and promotional campaigns for new and existing products;
Negotiate trade terms with customer and supplier
Contact-negotiate, grow and develop relationships with suppliers and consumers
Visiting customer and supplier periodically
Meet monthly and annually sales objectives and targets for turnover;
Make weekly, monthly, and semi-annual report to Sale Manager and General Director;
Realize other works concerning to sales under assignation of Sale Manager and General Director

Requirements

Nationality: Vietnamese
Male (1 person)
Age: 25-32
Have at least 3 years of experience in sales B2B, knowledge of looking for new customers and suppliers, used to work in the factory.
Fluent in Japanese (N3) and able to communicate in English
Good at Microsoft Word, Excel, and email
Be responsible, honest, enthusiastic, dynamic, good communication, aspiration in working for a long time at our company
Prefer to expert on export - import procedures
Prefer to candidate that have Chemical Certificate (not a must)

Salary: negotiate
Work mainly at the office in HCMC, and go out to consumers/suppliers’ factories by company’s car;
Ability to work overtime and go for domestic and oversea business trip. Overtime allowance is based on Vietnamese Labor Code, and business trip's allowance is based on Company Regulations with considerable allowances;
Japanese allowance is from 1,000,000 - 2,000,000 VND/month depending on candidate's certificate and his/her usability and will be upgraded annually;
Working hours are from Monday to Friday from 8:30 to 17:00 (7 hours and a half), an hour for lunch break; or base on the company’s flexible working time.
