[HCM] Technical Leader

Job Description

Ensure the technical solution through the projects and research and train new technology for other staff.
Communicate with customers in requirement collection, progress reporting and trouble solving.
Transform customer’s requirements into logical, economical and practical system designs.
Ready to support customers at out of business working hours when there is a request.
Analyze and design system flow and procedures to ensure optimum control and security of data and efficient use of resources.
Prepare detailed specifications from which complete sets of programs will be written.
Perform the role of Quality Control at each phase of the development process.
Make WBS and a detailed schedule for the project's development scope.
Monitor and ensure actual progress meeting the project plan.
Lead in researching and coaching new technology for growing subordinates' development skills.
Organize technical training for team
Manage small team 3~5 members
Report to Leader and Line Manager.

3~5 years’ experience as Software Developer and +1 years as Technical Leader.
Strong in J2EE, React Native, Relational databases such as MSSQL, Postgresql, Oracle … and NoSQL.
Experience in developing micro services systems.
Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering or any other IT-related fields.
Strong problem-solving skill, with a logical, analytical and approach to work.
Able to work under a tight schedule.
Good design documentation is required
Able to build team work’s spirit.
Fair in English.

Nice to have:

Japanese company and Japanese language experience is preferable
Knowledge in any of Warehouse, Distribution, Logistics, Production Master, Sales, CRM, is preferable.
Direct experience from the Automotive and/or Industrial sector would be a plus.
Can go on business trips (Japan, APAC countries, etc).
Good communication skills.
Good working attitude.

Salary: 27 mil VND
100% salary in 2-month probation
Flexible check-in time from 07:45 - 09:00 am
