[HN] Project Manager/ Project Leader (System Analyst and Business Analyst)

Job Description

Communicate with customers in requirement collection, consulting, progress reporting, and trouble-solving.
Transform customer requirements into logical, economical, and practical system designs.
Ready to support customers at out-of-business working hours when requested.
Analyze and design system flow and procedures to ensure optimum control and security of data and efficient use of resources.
Prepare detailed specifications from which complete sets of programs will be written.
Perform the role of Quality Control at each phase of the development process.
Make WBS and a detailed schedule for the project’s development scope.
Monitor and ensure actual progress meeting the project plan.
Lead in orienting and coaching new technology, and business knowledge for growing up subordinates’ development skills and performance.
Manage team size 5~ 10 members and support project managers to manage project progress and quality.
Report to Leader and Line Manager.

Must have:

5~7 years’ experience as a Software Developer and designing software applications.
1~3 years of experience as a Team Leader or software application designer.
Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or any other IT-related field.
Strong problem-solving skills, with a logical, analytical approach to work.
Able to work under a tight schedule.
Good design documentation is required.
Able to build teamwork spirit and always continuously motivating subordinates.
Fluent in English

Nice to have:

Japanese company and Japanese language experience is preferable.
Knowledge in Warehouse, Distribution, Logistics, Production Master, Sales, CRM, CAD/CAM … is preferable.
Direct experience from the Automotive and/or Industrial sector would be a plus

Salary: 22-30M
100% salary in 2-month probation
