Job Description

To support Production Senior Manager/Factory Manager in creating and following up the production operation schedule, outsourcing plan and material purchase calculation to meet shipment schedule of Customers.
Assist to alert daily productivity status, machine status to Senior Manager/ Factory Manager or General Director to avoid delay shipment schedule.
Coordination with other related departments to create production plan and stock management regularly.
To adjust production plans when having any adjustment happen such as machine problems, material delivery schedule.
To give the solution of urgent cases to meet original delivery schedule of customers..
Manage and lead all the activities or tasks of PPC section and supervise smooth production operation from input to output.
Establish or improve the working flowchart, regulations of PPC section. Giving goal settings to PPC section and PPC staffs and evaluate their achievement accurately.
Perform other tasks: Training schedule internally or external sections such as production or technical team to improve their competence or skills. Support with technical sections in new sample creation and delivery in time.
Perform other duties as directed by the management board.

Requirements

Education : University Degree major in business administration, accounting.
Language: English at least Strong Intermediate level or Japanese is at least N2 inter level.
At least 5-7 years experience in Production control Department and at least 4 years as Production control manager or equivalent.
Familiar in Microsoft office, especially Excel, Word, Powerpoint.
Honest, careful, detailed-mind and strong sense of responsibility and discipline.
Can keep calm, flexibility to respond the actual circumstance.
Good communication skill and ability to work independently and work with overseas customers.
Good time management and good organizational skill
