Korean Technical Support/ Service Engineer (Only Korean Nationality) - Hanoi, Vietnam
Job Description
- Provide training to new Sales staff and advanced training for Experienced Sales staff on High-end products.
- Support Salespersons and Customers for any technical queries on company’s products.
- Participate in Seminars to explain about the company' s products and functions.
- Provide consultation to Customers to maximize product’ s performance.
- Provide first training to Customers purchased products of Microscope, Laser Marker, Vision, etc.
- Offering After-sales support services, Solving client problems.
Requirements
- Bachelor of engineering, preferably in Automation, Electrical or Electronic Engineering.
- 3-5 years experience in Technical Support/ R&D, working in the Factory Automation industry is an advantage.
- Excellent commands of English.
- Strong Computing Skills: Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook and Internet;
- Well-organized, time-management & multi-tasking skills;
- Proactive, positive, earnest, high communication skills & Can-do attitude
