Job Description

Define business/functional requirement through the discussion with the customer
Adjust the scope of the contract
Predict resources needed to reach objectives and manage resources in an effective and efficient manner
Make the entire WBS
Manage the assign, progress and quality, risk and issue of multiple projects
Make the plan and execute the service launch
Give the feedback to the team members on 1 on 1 meetings
Join recruitment process of developers, testers
Join HR assessment process
Make the strategy of development team of 1 year
Track project costs in order to meet budget
Measure project performance to identify areas for improvement

Requirements

Must haves:

Bachelor's degree in computer science, business, or a related field
Experience of project management for at least 3 years
Experience to discuss and negotiate with customers in uncertain situation of a project
Experience to make estimations toward potential customers
Experience the design docs such as basic/detailed design, non-functional requirements, system architecture, etc.
Communicate fluency in English or Japanese (we will evaluate during the interview)
Proven ability to solve problems creatively

Nice to haves:

Hold PMP certificate
Experience to make the curriculum of the training
Have the clear opinion who Vietnam IT industry should grow after the offshore center from now on
Strong familiarity with project management software tools, methodologies, and best practices
Experience seeing projects through the full life cycle
Excellent analytical skills
