Job Description
- Support Vietnamese sales staff of HCMRep. Office
- General affairs work
- Accounting related tasks (handle small cash and invoice/bank related tasks)
- Support labor management tasks
- Prepare GA related documents such as letters, statements, reports, etc
- Other tasks assigned by Manager
Requirements
- Age: 25-30
- Gender: Female
- Bachelor’s degree
- Japanese skill: Business level - English skill: Conversational Level - More than 2 years GA/Admin/Assistant experiences in any industries
- Knowledge of accounting
- Character: enthusiastic, bright andhonest
