Job Description

Purchasing Executive
Department: Machinery
Report to: Machinery Manager

In order to expand business, we are looking for the candidates who will report to Back-End Manager and will be responsible for the following activities:
Manage product line up as a merchandiser based on customer’s or market requirement

Carry out market research, competitor analysis, customer survey to understand customer’s demand, requirements
Negotiate with supplier about procurement, delivery, and price, quality management
Maintain, update product management database to ensure smooth daily operation
Plan and carry out promotion campaign, manage product website
Liaise with Head Quarter or other Departments, respond to customer requirement and claim
Plan and carry out cross-functional PJ to improve business operation
Manage and improve efficiency of supply chain, especially stock management of the company
Carry out PJs to control and reduce deadstock
Review and improve productivity of daily operation
Others
Collate statistics and generate reports
Support management
Other tasks as required

Requirements

Proficiency in spoken and written English is necessary
3 years or more:
Experienced in purchasing of mechanical / factory automation components (supplier sorting, negotiation, … )
Experienced about mechanical / factory automation components (products knowledge, application, …) and market research (customer, competitor, …)
Experienced in supply chain / procurement and good at procedure improvement.
Possess high energy and result-oriented
Good communication and negotiation skills
Good time management skills and team player
Competent in MS Office, especially MS Excel.
High ethical and standards moral are strongly required

Benefits & Contact

Working time: Mondays to Fridays – 8am to 5pm
Salary: Negotiate (Up to 1,500$ gross)
Bonus: up to 4 months of salary per year
