[HAI PHONG] ASSISTANT MANAGER OF ENGINEERING DEPT

Job Description

Deploy & manage the progress of new projects from launching until stable mass production, settle the problem during the project implementation.
Study the requirements of customers, and product specifications, and identify all resources for new projects.
Assign the tasks to project members, follow-up results, and advise for improvement.
Confirm the submission data & samples to the customer, follow up status of customer approval, and lead all the preparation activities for mass production.
Be responsible for reporting & receiving instruction from Top Management about new project implementation.
Develop and implement the work plan, assign work, train employees, control and supervise work, and evaluate employee performance.

Requirements

Graduated from university with technical majors: Mechanical, mechatronics, ...
Good at English and communication skills.
At least 3 years of experience working in the same position in a manufacturing company
Able to use 3D drawing (AutoCAD, SolidWorks, NX…)
Knowledge & proficiency in measuring equipment (CMM, Microscope,…)
Knowledge of QC 7 tools, ISO 9001:2015, IATF 16949:2016, and 5 core tools.
Good in project management, problem-solving, and leadership.

Salary: 18-25mil (gross)
Thưởng: 1.1-1.5 tùy vào năng lực
Công ty có 3 tuyến xe đưa đón: nội thành Hải Phòng, tuyến Thủy Nguyên và tuyến An Lão (công ty không có xe đón tuyến Hải An nên ứng viên khu vực này cân nhắc về khoảng cách)
