Female Sales Support Staff (Japanese speaking) - HCM, Vietnam
Job Description
- Issuing data for sales report
- Making documents required for sales such as quotation, contract
- Contacting and supporting sales activities
- Establish professional relationships with vendors and suppliers as well as clients.
- Inventory control: Make Inventory items list and update it
- Shipping management: Coordinate with a Logistic Company and share the latest information with relevant divisions or companies.
Requirements
- Education: University
- Gender: Female
- Language: English & Japanese (Fair)
- 1-3 years of experience as Sales Admin or Sales Support in relevant industrial
- MS Office, Strong communication and presentation skills. Self drove fast learner

- Base salary: 20 mil
- Social Insurance & annual leave, meal allowance 730,000VND/ month
