Documentation Creation: Develop, write, and edit technical documentation, user manuals, help guides, release notes, API documentation, and training materials.
Content Strategy: Collaborate with product managers, engineers, and stakeholders to gather information and define the structure of the documentation to meet user needs.
Process Improvement: Continuously evaluate and improve the documentation process, tools, and techniques to enhance efficiency and clarity.
Content Review & Editing: Review and edit content for accuracy, clarity, and consistency across all documents.
Knowledge Sharing: Assist in building a knowledge-sharing culture within the organization by maintaining a centralized repository of documentation and best practices.
User Assistance: Provide guidance on how to use complex systems or products via clear, detailed instructions.
Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure the documentation aligns with product features, updates, and releases.
Audience Targeting: Adapt writing style to different audiences, ensuring technical content is appropriate for both developers and end-users.

Yêu cầu công việc

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
Good at English Communication.
Familiarity with writing technical documents for software, hardware, or IT systems.
Strong writing, editing, and proofreading skills with attention to detail.
Ability to explain complex technical concepts in a simple, user-friendly manner.
Experience with programming in the past. Can deeply understand how a system works
Experience with API documentation, particularly RESTful APIs.
Experience with documentation tools such as Confluence, Markdown, MS Word, or Google Docs.
Experience with graphic design tools for creating technical diagrams and flowcharts (e.g., Lucidchart, Visio).
Experience with tools like JIRA, Trello, or Asana for task management.

Chế độ đãi ngộ

Salary: Up to 45M
Flexible timekeeping (from 8:00 - 9:00 to 17:30 - 18:30)
Minimum 14 paid leaves per annum for all employees after probation
01-day remote work per month
A flexitime allowance of 90-180 minutes per month for employees
01 hour paid leave per day for women having children under 12 months
Social insurance, unemployment insurance and Bao Viet care insurance
Saturday & Sunday OFF, Overtime pay is 150%, 200%, 300% as per labor law;
Work performance review 2 times/ year (in April and October)
13th-month salary
