Job Description

Purchasing (main job)
Responsible for managing, planning, developing for whole purchasing activity of company in a cost-effective way, while maintaining appropriate quality standards and specifications.
Ensure supplier compliance with site and company requirements for safety.
Manage vendor relationships and build up effective partnerships.
Set out purchasing strategies to serve business needs in Vietnam market
Sourcing new suppliers for purchased products and services to ensure smooth operation
Modernize procurement process by digitalization works
Dealing with suppliers, build and develop relationships with key suppliers and customers
Discuss and solve trouble when there is defective or unacceptable goods or services with users and supplier.

Logistics - Supporting to Supply Chain Director:
Strengthen the company’s supply chain strategy
Digitalize in logistic process
Evaluate and report on KPIs, analyze data from shipping and delivering processes to find bottlenecks and other issues
Monitor logistics to make sure they run smoothly, resolve issues that come up (e.g. delays in delivery, accidents
Find cost-effective solutions for supply chain processes & ensure supply chain processes meet legal requirements and standards
Collaborate with other departments to create coordinated plans for business growth
Develop and implement safety guidelines in all aspects of the supply chain (e.g. use of trucks, forklifts
Communicate and negotiate with suppliers and vendors to land more profitable deals

Requirements

Experience: at least 3-5 years as Procurement Manager/ Sourcing Project Manager in Manufacturing Company.
Excellent knowledge of supply chain processes
Working experience of relevant software (e.g. SAP MM)
Strong communication skills
Excellent organizational and project management skills
Attention to detail
Creative problem-solving
A strategic and analytical mind
Degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or similar field
