Job Description

Receipt and classify the purchase requisition (PR) from related Dept. try to manage daily requirements and operations smoothly
Support to superior for finding the new suppliers.
Responsible for analysis and negotiate all elements of the new supplier relationships - including lead time of delivery, pricing, payment terms to ensure reliable service and quality, and a low total cost of procurement
Develop, arrange and maintain a sourcing database for all suppliers, competitor suppliers and potential suppliers
Prepare contract, Negotiating and contractual terms of agreement, including pricing, payment terms, Lead time of delivery, delivery method, etc.
Responsible for issuing the purchasing order (PO) compatible with Purchase Requisition (PR), Ensuring of the purchased goods in accordance with the requirement of related Dept.
Responsible for monitoring and updating the situation of prices of goods of suppliers then timely reporting to superior
Cooperate and support to solve the complaints to Suppliers
Other responsibilities as per assignment of Supervisor.

Requirements

Gender: Female
At least 2 years in purchasing/procurement, have experiences in purchasing electronic components/ SMT
(Có ít nhất 2 năm kinh nghiệm mua hàng linh kiện điện tử phục vụ sản xuất/ SMT, tại các nhà máy sản xuất linh kiện về điện tử).
