[HA NOI] PAYABLE ACCOUNTANT (SENIOR)

Job Description

Handle and management of AP.
Responsible for day-to-day finance and accounts operations
Working with the Accounting department of Customers and Suppliers.
Process the payment to supplier and internal group, input data into SAP software, internal report
Daily input exchange rate, cash advice, daily cash report
Prepare materials for monthly/ Quarterly/ Annual Reports
Checking monthly expenses.
Work in Independence, and teamwork with sales teams.
Support to make Tax reports.
Check & file documents.

Requirements

Gender: Female candidates.
Age: 1991 – 1997 (Most suitable from 1994 ~ 1996)
Qualification: Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting (College degree is not accepted)
Experienced candidate: 2- 5 years of relevant exp, using SAP is a PLUS
Language Skills: Excellent commands of English.
General business manners.
Good organization, time-management & multi-tasking skills.
Ability to complete the work independently under pressure with limited guidance and overtime to
meet deadlines.
Pro-active, positive, earnest, high communication skills & Can-do attitude.
Familiarity with the Japanese work environment is an advantage.
