Job Description
- Manage invoice processing and monthly bank payments.
- Handle sales invoices and monitor timely collections.
- Perform accurate bookkeeping using our accounting software, and prepare monthly financial statements with precision.
- Handle tax declarations and tax finalization (VAT, CIT, FCT, PIT) and identify potential tax risks.
- Maintain organized document storage, both physical and digital.
- Liaise with external auditors, tax authorities, and banks.
Requirements
- 2-3 years of experience.
- A university degree in accounting.
- Fluency in English.
- Strong attention to detail and communication skills, fluent in accounting software use.
- Japanese skills are a plus.
