[Thanh Xuan, Ha Noi] Chief Accountant (English speaking)

Job Description

To Ensure the Compliance with TAX, Accounting, Compulsory Insurance, Trade Union and Other Related Regulations
To Prepare Monthly Reports Under VAS, IFRA at No Later Than 10 Business Days in the
Following Month. (B/S, P/L and C/F Statements Shall Be Submitted to the General Director.)
To Handle the Payments/Banking/Financing Processes, which includes: (1) Management of Short-Term and Long-Term Loan Balances; (2) Processing the All Administrative Documentations
To Maintain the Cash Flow Status Table Updated At All Times.
To Direct the Accounting Staff For Overseeing The Company Fixed Asset
To Direct the Accounting Staff For Reconciling The A/P and A/R Balances
To Plan and Execute for G.D-Authorized Internal Process Policy for Improvements
To Act As an Active Liaison in Relation to the Accounting Advisory Firm and/or Other Service Vendors/Suppliers
Other Duties, Assigned by the General Director

Requirements

Age: > 35 years old
Holding A Degree/Certificate of “Chief Accountant” with Minimum 5-Year of Experience;
Accounting Software Experience and Skills (MISA experience is Preferable.);
Management Skills (Manage Accounting Team and work with other Departments)
Bilingual Communication Ability (English Proficiency);
Can Handle the Overtime Work Assignments, If Required;
Communication Skill, Problem Solving Skill, Quick learning Skill;
