[HA NOI] Japanese Interpreter cum Accounting Staff

Job Description

Interpretation duties

Support duties for a Japanese representative
Interpretation duties (Japanese⇔Vietnamese)

Accounting duties

Collect invoices and enter payment slips, receipt slips, and purchase invoices into accounting software.
Issuing electronic invoices and making payment requests, if any.
Prepare payment requests to banks and prepare the necessary documents for overseas payments.
Prepare monthly financial reports for internal control.
Prepare monthly WHT returns and quarterly VAT returns to the tax office.
Cooperate with the tax office and submit documents if necessary.
Organize and file all accounting documents and vouchers.
Other duties and support to other departments as directed by JP director or VN manager.
Reporting to Accounting Manager

Requirements

Fluent Japanese (Over N2 level)
Graduated from the Accounting department or has experience as an accounting staff
[Prefer] Studying or working in Japan.
Can work immediately.
