[HA NOI] JAPANESE INTERPRETER

Job Description

Participate in meetings in Japanese, take notes, prepare documents and interpret, explain to line manager.
Perform translation for technical documents or Sale documents (emails, technical specifications, minutes of meeting, etc.) from Japanese language to Vietnamese/ English and vice versa.
Play a key role in Translation activities and work directly with the Clients for requesting receipt, clarifying and managing the tasks with close collaboration among the team members.
Build and manage terminology resources such as glossaries, style guides, and translation memory files.
Make the report based on a request from line manager.

Requirements

Education: BA degree or above.
To be proficient at Japanese (N2), preferably good at English.
At least 03 years of experience in interpreting and having sales skills is an advantage.
Strong analytical skill; good communication & interpersonal skills; good problem-solving skills; computer literacy.
Be able to work independently, under high pressure, with a high sense of responsibility.
Be structured and result-oriented, adaptable, proactive, dynamic and flexible, well organized, self-confident, honest, careful and enthusiastic, ready for business trip.
