[HA NOI] PRODUCTION CONTROL

Job Description

Set up production plan in short and long term to ensure enough qty for shipping out to Customer, ensure safety stock (By Excel/System)
Create work orders and allocate materials for manufacturing.
Calculate Materials, manage changing BOM, create PR supply to Purchase Team for order Materials
Host in many meetings (LOB, Quality, MPR…) to solve Quality issues/Technical Issues in Factory. Make production activities go smoothly and continuously. Pushing others departments for solving Issues.
Control Load & Capacity in Factory and checking gap between ST-AT. Lead Meeting between R&D and manufacturing Team for fixing data
Control Lead Time, VSM for production
Control deadstock in WIP, Finish Good
Control Outsourcing Process, Parts
Risk management to find solution for solving problems.
Control Scrap and Semi Room, clear system
Work with other departments (Production, R&D, Purchase) to optimize resources
Update weekly production actual to Directors with detail reason and forecast plan for next times.
Update weekly/monthly reports supply to PM team give to Customer.
Training/Support Manufacturing Team about handle System (POP, SAP, MES, Smart Factory, GSCM)
Update KPIs (OEE, Man Hours, Machines operation…) and report to manager.
Other tasks assigned during work

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree
Good computer skills, especially Excel & data base
Careful, hard-working, good sense of responsibility, commitment
Able to work under high pressure
Responsible at work, reporting skills
Proficiency in English
At least 2 years of experience in Production planning/Production Control
Prioritize: Have experience in SAP, MES, SCM
