[HANOI] SALES ASSISTANT (CHINESE SPEAKING)
Job Description
- Receive Purchase orders from customers, checking and finding out correct item code and then inputting order into owned system and processing orders.
- Inform estimated production lead time to customer
- Follow up and update production status, vessel schedule to customer to make sure that orders are produced on schedule confirmed
- Prepare shipping documents and monitor delivery progress to ensure orders are delivered on time
- Negotiate with customers and work with factory to solve delay delivery date of the goods
- Prepare raw materials base on customer's forecast
- Make quotations and sales contracts to send customers.
- Receive and respond all request, claim from customer after sales
- Follow up and collect payment every month
Requirements
- Degree: Graduated from university majoring in business administration, marketing & related majors
- Working experience: Customer Service Experiences is preferably
- Skills:
- Chinese intermediate or above
- Be patient and careful
- Good arrangement and management at work
- Hard working and eager to learn
- Confident and flexible in communication with customer
- Commitment with the company is appreciated
