Job Description
- Responsible for the entire Company's recruitment process: collaborate with departments to create and execute recruitment plans.
- Establish a standard recruitment workflow, and propose effective recruitment channels and budget.
- Provide advice to the Board of Directors on recruitment plans and recruitment budget.
- Report line: Japanese CEO
Requirements
- +3 years of experience in the IT Recruiting field or similar role.
- Good Japanese
- A sense of responsibility, result-orientation.
