[Gia Lam, Hanoi] HR&Admin Supervisor
Job Description
1. Formulate and implement the company's talent recruitment, training and employee development plans;
2. Be responsible for the management of all administrative affairs of the company: office supplies, fixed assets, service contracts, documents, front desk, etc.;
3. Evaluate the work performance of employees based on job responsibilities and performance requirements;
4. Coordinate with various departments to implement relevant policies on benefits, salaries, social security, etc.;
5. Be responsible for organizing internal company activities and creating a good corporate culture atmosphere;
6. Provide professional advice and solutions on human resource management under local compliance operations to the company;
7. Manage and cultivate the staff team of the Human Resources and Administration Department;
8. Assist in handling external public relations affairs and internal employee relations;

Requirements
1. Bachelor's degree or above, majoring in human resource management, administrative management, law, economics, or related fields;
2. At least three years of experience in personnel and administrative management positions;
3. Priority should be given to those with work experience in trade or manufacturing industries;
4. Must be proficient in Chinese, English proficiency is preferred;
5. Possess good management, leadership, analytical and decision-making abilities;
6. Professional image, strong communication skills, and able to withstand work pressure.
