Key Account Manager (Vietnamese only) - Freight/ Forwarding

Job Description

Handling key accounts ad-hoc, monthly, quarterly, and yearly and all kinds of rate inquiry in collaborating with all internal departments, national HQ, regional HQ and global HQ personnel.
Addressing and resolving key clients' complaints
Developing a thorough understanding of key accounts' needs and requirements and preparing customized solutions
Negotiating contracts with key accounts and meeting established deadlines for the fulfillment of each client's long-term goals.
Ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction as well as up-sell and cross-sell potential within existing customers to maximize the benefits by closely monitoring internal/external corporators/teams/divisions/departments
Achieving and exceeding key accounts' KPIs
Key Accounts Analysis
Monitoring market trends and providing regular competitor feedback
Compiling regular reports of progress and forecasts to internal and external stakeholders using key account metrics
Follow up, monitor department staff to follow the SOP and timeliness as in the due deadline.

Requirements

University degree in Economics, International Trade, Supply Chain, Logistics or related
At least 3 years of work experience in the Freight Forwarding / Logistics Industry is a must
Solid experience to support our Key Accounts inquiries, operations issues, and data analysis and reporting
Ability to empha with the client and present client needs effectively to the project team and management.
Team driven, customer-focused, able to solve problems quickly
Special knowledge:
Deep knowledge in freight forwarding
Proficient in spoken and written English
Sell unique value proposition
Good in MS Office (excel/PowerPoint)
Personal qualifications:
Profitability and results-oriented.
A self-driven, strong leader, energetic and passionate with work

Benefits & Contact

Salary: $1300 - $2000 (depending on the performance of candidate)
(13 months a year plus annual performance bonus)

Transportation: Taxi card/ for sales the company will provide care
Working time: 8:00 – 17:35 Mon-Fri (Close Sat & Sun)
