Korean Guest Relation Manager (Only Korean) - Hospitality - Hanoi, Vietnam
Job Description
The organization operates by each section, you work as a team manager for one or several sections and manage for staff.
The percentage of guests is 70% South Korea, 10-15% Chinese, 3% Japanese, and others.
Staff management
Service instruction for the staff
Check the working time, and appearance and share the preferable impression
Guest control
Correspond and instruction in case of something trouble in Hall.
Correspond to the Guests.
Sales management
Sales management and share
Sharing within the team, identifying issues and confirming measure

Requirements
- Having a strong challenge spirit and vitality.4Regardless of educational background;
- Who can demonstrate the hospitality mind with high motivation and patience
- English skills for communication with the staff and guests
- Be able to speak Japanese or Chinese
- Who can manage finely your own appearance?
- Who can move the working location from Hanoi to Danang when they are newly opened
