Manufacturing Process Engineer (Mechanical Manufacturing)

Job Description

Develop manufacturing process by drawing analysis to satisfy all customer requirements.
Project management including project milestones & resources plans control.
Deploy developing production of trial, first article to fit with the delivery target.
Develop engineering documents: BOM, production router, work instructions, etc.
Manage quality issues during development (NPI) & develop solutions for transfer to mass production.
Report & evaluate process/production & develop Quality/Cost/Delivery solution for mass production.
Customer design consultant in the section of manufacturing concerns.
Engineering lead for cost-saving & efficiency improvements.

Requirements

More than 2 years experience in conventional machining (lathe, mill, grind, etc.)
Bachelor/Master degree in Mechanical Engineering or Equivalent (related to mechanical, machining).
Strong in drawing interpretation (GD&T) is a must.
Solid experience to handle NPI projects, resources control.
Good English communication skills, verbal and writing.
Strong communication and collaboration skills to work with other departments from different technical backgrounds.
