Job Description

Assembly process start-up for lens products and new models
Lens product assembly, maintain mass production
Prototype evaluation, mass production process creation
Preparation of process documents , product inspection documents ,machine operation documents
Product defect analysis
Worker training

Requirements

Education: Bachelor degree and above
Gender: Any
Age: over 24 years old
Language: English Conversational Level / Japanese is a plus .
Experience:
- Priority have over 2 years of working experience in optical lenese product (machine vision lenses, camera lenses, surveillance lenses) with PE position or over 3-4 years of working experience at Japan company in Viet Nam.
- Optical passion as lens product ,priority candidate knowledge of optical measurement and operation of measuring instruments : MTF measuring machine, eccentricity measuring machine,lens interferometer, lens reflectance measuring machine.
- Experience using microscope, micrometer, gauge (thread, pin, ring)
- Experience in reliability testing (vibration, temperature testing)
- Work experience at an ISO9001 certified company
- Measurement equipment development.
- Ability to understand technical drawings , proficiency in office software such as Word, Excel, PowerPoint, AutoCAD, etc.
- Good inter-departmental and cross-departmental coordination and teamwork skills.
- Planning, management and reporting skills.

Salary review once 1 year
Off 2 Saturdays and all Sundays
