Job Description

Quality Control for Aero Engine Part
Establish Procurement Requirement and Inspection Instruction for Raw materials.
Deal with Supplier when Nonconformance occurred on Raw materials.
Balloon Customer’s DWG.
Review Bill of Material, Process Sequence (Router) sheet, Process Inspection and MQS
Prepare Gage R&R for new product development.
Prepare and monitor Product Approval (FAIR, PPAP)
Perform Internal Product Audit and receive the Audit from customers and 3 rd parties.
Perform Inspection for final product as Delegated Supplier Quality Representative (DSQR).
Monitoring the capability of the process using SPC.
Co-operation with related departments to handle Non-conformance Products.
Prepare Final Inspection Instruction for Part at the Final stage.

Requirements

Mechanical Engineering Background.
At least 5-years experience related to Quality Control in Mechanical Manufacturing.
Excellent in English in all skills (Listening, Speaking, Reading and Writing).
Good knowledge of Quality Management System Standard (AS9100, ISO 9001).
Proficiency about product approval (FAIR, PPAP) and Measurement System Analysis.
Excellent with Statistical Process Control, Six Sigma, 7 QC Tools. -
Can work under high pressure.
