Sales Support (Import-Export Experienced) - HCM
Job Description
- Make quotes for customers
- Import, export and manage orders on the system
- Handling import/export documents
- Actively work with related as Warehouse, Forwarder, ensure accurate and timely delivery according to customer requirements
- Manage and update customer information on the system
- Make daily, weekly and monthly reports
Requirements
- Have 2-5 years of working experience in the field of import and export
- Education: Preferably graduate from University in the field of economics
- Knowledge of HS code & customs field
- Having experience in working with customs for post-clearance inspection is an advantage
- Good command in English
- Well communication skill
- Agile, able to arrange and handle logical work
