[HN/HCM] Transfer Pricing Manager

Job Description

To be in charge of each project as a project leader
Support Transfer Pricing audits (working directly with Authorities or giving advices to clients via e-mail, phones, etc.)
Develop skills of staffs by conducting internal training, etc. together with Japanese Tax specialist members as well as Vietnamese colleagues
Instruct subordinate to let them perform procedures for preparing each report
Control staff assignment and monitor progress of each project
Conduct external seminar regarding TP topics together with seminar PIC
Participate in business development efforts including assisting with the evaluation of new business opportunities and proposal preparation

Requirements

A bachelor's degree, preferably with a degree in Economics, Law, Tax, Accounting, Finance
At least 4 or 5 years of experiences in Transfer Pricing area.
Strong logical thinking, analytical and problem-solving skills
Advanced excel, word and reporting skills
Advanced written and verbal communication skills
Dedicated, innovative, and able to work under pressure
Fluently in written & spoken English and Vietnamese
Good experience in staff/assignment management
