Job Description

  • HR:
✔Support HR team in planning recruitment, recruitment activities, gathering information
✔Making contracts, managing documents - company documents
✔Update and supplement employee information
✔Other directives from superiors
  • Admin:
✔Attendance Payroll
✔Manage equipment/make quotation
✔Improve working environment
✔ Accounting support when required
✔ Planning/Organizing corporate events
✔ Office/record management
✔ Handling other employee issues

Requirements

  • Bachelor Degree
  • Nationality: Vietnamese
  • Languages: Vietnamese as mother language, English as Business level, Japanese as basic level
  • Experience: More than 3 years’ experience of working as Admin (for a start-up company is preferred).

  • Salary range: Up to $1000
  • Bonus: Tet bonus
  • 85% basic salary in the probation period 
  • Health inspection: 1 time per a year
  • Overtime fee: It is provided based on the claim record
